Peach & Yoghurt Parfaits

Ingredients
  

  • 500 g low fat quark / thick Greek yoghurt
  • 200 g fresh cream
  • 2 Tbsp sugar
  • 1 Tbsp vanilla sugar
  • 3 Tbsp milk
  • 1 can peaches 480 g
  • 6 Tbsp muesli / granola / nuts optional
  • raspberries / blueberries / mint leaves to garnish

Instructions
 

  • Blend the canned peaches into a fine puree.
  • In a separate bowl, whip the cream until fluffy.
  • In a third bowl mix together the quark and milk, add in sugar and vanilla sugar.
  • Fold in the whipped cream.
  • Layer the bottom of the serving dessert glasses / cups with some muesli, cover with some quark and pour the peach puree on top.
  • Garnish with fresh mint or red berries.
