Ketchup glazed Chicken

Sweet, tangy and loved by all, ketchup takes center stage in this simple one pot chicken recipe.
- 1200 g chicken with bones
- 2 Tbsp vinegar
- Salt
- 1 small stick cinnamon
- 1 tsp black pepper corns
- 2 black cardamoms
- 1/2 cup water
- 3 Tbsp oil
- 3/4 cup ketchup
- 1 tsp chili flakes
Take all ingredients except ketchup and chili flakes in a cooking pot and cook until chicken is done and water has evaporated.
Add ketchup and chili flakes and cook uncovered on high flame until chicken is coated with the ketchup glaze.
