"I attended a cooking course for Indian-Pakistani food by the VHS which has been really amazing (thanks to Fatima). It was so interesting to learn everything about all the different spices and how to use them. And, what we cooked was extremely delicious.

The fact that he loves cooking and discovered it lately gave us the idea but experiencing it all together as a family definitely brought it to a different level – it was above all a very special family experience , fun, emotional and hey…. We all learned to cook delicious Thai dishes.

"I did my first cooking course with Fatima couple of years ago, “Indian Cuisine”, 3 hours where we learned a lot, cooked fantastic meals and had fun in a group of 12 people.
I struggled a bit with German language but Fatima was kind enough to repeat for me in English what I did not understand. At the end of the course we ate the delicious meals we prepared and we all agreed we wanted to repeat soon.
The experience was so good that we organized last year a “customized” cooking course for my company. We were a bigger group and as we are an International company with headquarters in UK the language had to be English, but Fatima adapted to all our needs.
We selected together the menu, this time the course was “Oriental Cuisine” , a bit of Indian, Pakistani and Persian cuisine, all absolutely delicious.I am aware that more people in my company want to organize this year other courses, we can only recommend everybody to do it as it is the perfect Team Building experience and the best is that you get to eat everything at the end"
